The SpongeBob SquarePants x Nike Kyrie 5 “SpongeBob” is the headliner of the five-shoe collaboration from the beloved cartoon series and Nike Basketball. Kyrie Irving paid tribute to one of his favorite cartoons with a set of the Kyrie 5 and Kyrie 2 Low each in a colorway representing a different character from the show. This Kyrie 5 “SpongeBob” features a yellow mesh construction with brown and red accents and spots printed across the upper to mimic SpongeBob’s porous body. Other special details include Nickelodeon logos on the tongues, Nike branding embroidered on the heels in font styled after the show’s title logo, and SpongeBob himself smiling on each insole.
