Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items must be undamaged and in original condition to qualify for a return.
If the return is due to a quality issue or defect, we will provide a full refund and cover both outbound and return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal preference (no quality issue), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

💳 Refund Processing

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund, processed promptly. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders

For custom or personalized items that have not yet shipped, a refund of 60% of the order total will be issued.
Custom orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return.

📮 How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer support team first to obtain the return address before sending any items back. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as we may not be able to process your return.
